My Untappd rating:
This week we reach country number 80 and I’m all out of exotic beers to mark the occasion. Therefor I decided to go for a beer that I’ve had before, the Zlatý Bažant which I had at World of Beer in Port Orange, Florida. The beer is actually branded as Golden Pheasant in USA and Canada. This beer also marks the end of the beers I got from Beers of Europe back in March this year.
The beer is dark golden in colour with a nice amount of foam on the top. It tastes smooth and slightly sweet before ending on a more bitter note from the malts. A very good Czech pilsner that would do the Czech proud.
As I have now reached 80 different countries I have made some minor adjustments to the blog. The photos of Latest Beer on the bottom of the blog is changed to Upcomming Beers, which will be the beers planned for the next 4 weeks. This is to give you a small sneakpeak into what I have planned for the next weeks. The search function has also been replaced with links to other beerblogs. If you have any suggestions on other features you want to see please don’t hesitate to write it the comment section below.
